Uni Week: Late Night Ramblings, Uni Edition

Uni Week: Late Night Ramblings, Uni Edition

Hey!  Though it’s not quite “late night” like the other posts that I’ve done, but I just so happened to choose to do Uni Week in possibly my busiest week of the summer, so this is “late” in terms of the time it’s being posted, sorry!
For this edition of late night ramblings, I thought I’d just have a little chat about where I’m at at the moment regarding University…
I go back to Uni in a few weeks.  That’s terrifying, this summer has been so long but so busy and I feel like I haven’t stopped, but at the same time it just doesn’t feel long enough.  I’m excited for second year, I’m excited to be back in Bristol, but I’m also slightly panicking about second year, I won’t lie.  Surprisingly, the fact that all my grades now count isn’t what surprises me; I treated first year like it counted anyway, but it’s more the fact that it’s my second to last year of Uni.
I feel like I’ve just started.  I did just start, and then after this year it’s almost over.  I’m definitely nowhere near ready for the “real world” outside of education yet but hopefully by the end of the year I’ll be closer to that?  I’ve done a lot of growing in the last year (in both maturity and height, I’ve actually gained like 2 inches I’m so excited), but I still have so much growing left to do!  In the grand scheme of things I still feel like a tiny baby and I don’t see that changing anytime soon but who knows?   There’s no way at all I can begin to imagine what this year will hold.
Last year, without even being dramatic, was probably one of the most eventful years of my life so far and I doubt this year will be much different.  I’m moving into a beautiful house with the loveliest group of girls and I’m open to new experiences and new adventures (sounds cheesy I know but hey I’m sleep deprived).
Good luck to anyone going back to Uni soon!  And stay tuned, the rest of the Uni week posts should come at a better time!
Lots of love,
Jas xx
